Our Objectives

The objectives of the Fox Valley Safety Council are as follows:

  • Promote accident prevention in Fox Valley workplaces and industry.
  • Cooperate with national safety and health organizations interested in accident prevention.
  • Provide contact of safety professionals in local industries for conference discussion on accident prevention problems in industry.
  • Provide contact with the general public and education in safety.
  • Cooperate with state agencies and with local, regional, and national safety and health organizations interested in accident prevention.
  • Attract experts in specialty fields to speak on various topics.
  • Serve as a role model in the community for the promotion of accident-free activities.
